Requirements: - Engineering degree
- 5-years experience on maintenance/inspection operations in similar function in the Oil & Gas Industry
- Good knowledge of English language
- Physically and psychically fit for work on artic weather condition
- Computer literacy is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Gives assistance to Head of maintenance & inspection
- Prepares maintenance & inspection programmes on the basis of the strategy adopted
- Supervises implementation of the programmes in liaison with the site
- Draws up the specific instructions and procedures for maintenance & inspection and validates them
- Analyses the functional parameters of the equipment and ensures the implementation and follow-up of condition monitoring program
- Recommends improvement solutions for optimizing maintenance & inspection tasks
- Draws up and Consolidates the scope of work for maintenance & inspection operations contracted out
- Gives recommendations to the construction people for new installations concerning integrity of installations (material, cathodic protection)
- Takes part in the choice of equipment for revamping small projects
- Ensures technical management of spare parts (Two Years spare parts)
- Ensures updating of the computerized maintenance & inspection tools (D7i)
- Ensures cost control of operations undertaken
General activities :
- Participates in technical calls for tenders for field services contracts
- Ensures day-to-day technical management of contracts in place and especially to O&M Moscow team
- Ensures technical follow-up of surface operations data and documents (especially referring to statutory inspection)
- Takes part in technical and operations analyses, audits and inspections
- Contributes to improving skills, expertise and feedback
- Evaluates other members of personnel
- Participates in budget preparation
