Maintenance & Inspection Leader

Responsibilities:

• Responsible of the operating and start-up procedures preparations from Detailed Engineering to Commissioning and start-up
• Participation in and supervision of pre-detail & detail engineering activities for the main packages, in order to ensure that maintenance requirements are taken into consideration: operability, maintainability, Inspectability
• Control that the proper documents & data required for maintenance have been duly obtained, followed-up and to check that the progress measurement gives realistic information
• Supervise, review and validate the activities in relation with identification, selection and procurement of spare parts and specific tools including inspection, shipment deliveries and storage in subsidiary warehouse for all equipment
• Co-ordinate the preparation and the implementation of Materials Management System
• Co-ordinate the preparation and the implementation of data to be loaded in Computerised Maintenance Management System
• Supervise the preparation, review and validate the maintenance dossiers
• Participate in the preparation of documents & files required for the implementation of the Electronic Data Management System
• Provide assistance for the commissioning and start-up teams
• Follow-up the main packages of detailed engineering activities to ensure that inspection requirements are considered
• Follow-up, control and validate the Inspection Engineering activities regarding the concerned installation
• Co-ordinate the preparation and the implementation of data to be loaded in Computerised Inspection Management System
• Supervise the preparation, review and validate the Inspection dossiers
• Participate in the preparation of documents and files required for the implementation of the EDMS
• Participate in the preparation of various Maintenance & Inspection contracts required for the production phase.

Requirements:

• Graduated Engineer
• Experience in Maintenance engineering within a project team
• Good knowledge of means and resources needed to maintain petroleum installation
• Previous experiences in supervision of MIEC activities
• Fluent English
