Duties:
- Manage the entire plant maintenance personnel.
- Ensure maximum availability / reliability of mechanical and electrical equipment in the plant.
- Plan preventive maintenance interventions.
- Plan and implement of annual shutdown program.
- Manage spare and wear parts.
- Ensure the cost control of maintenance expenditures according to the budget.
- Implement and comply with Heath, Safety and Environment procedures for all maintenance personnel. Education and experience:
- Degree in engineering.
- Years of experience in cement manufacturing or in heavy process industry dealing with maintenance (at least two years as Head of a Maintenance department).
- Good Knowledge and understanding of cement (or heavy industry) process.
- Good understanding of production costs.
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project knowledge.
- English fluent and ideally Russian fluent.
