Function: • Participate to the implementation of a quality policy for operability, maintainability, reliability and safety of production installations during engineering phases (FEED and EPC). • Ensure that safety, maintainability and reliability of the onshore installations are of the highest standards; • Define and prepare the future Maintenance Operations means, and supervise all activities related to maintenance and inspection engineering; • Prepare long term service agreement scope when necessary. Participate to negotiation with Contractors; • Participate to the definition of: - The Field Operation softwares to be implemented during the Operations phase - The process system/subsystem breakdown - The handling philosophy - The mechanical isolation philosophy - The process equipment sparing philosophy - The Operating Philosophy of the onshore facilities - The Operating Expenditures (OPEX ) - The winterization requirements - The elaboration of initial operations and stable operations organization charts, recruitment and mobilization plan - The operator training requirements - The site infrastructure – Buildings locations, contents and design; • Participate in: - PFD/UFD/PID reviews - EPSCC & LLI contracts scope of work reviews - Reliability availability studies (and proposes potential design improvements) - Project reviews including HAZOP & PTR - Commissioning and startup procedure reviews - Documentation review and verification via PRODOM system – Mech Data Sheets etc.
Requirements:
• Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 10 years experience as Maintenance Engineer, and 5 years as Maintenance Manager in large LNG plant(s); • Interpersonal relations skills; • Language: fluent in English is mandatory.
