Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The job holder is responsible for the following activities:
 Provide advice and support to Process Owners and Line Managers for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the CMS, ensuring compliance with the agreed process structure and in particular with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards, in alignment with NCOC process requirements where applicable.
 In support of Process Owners, construct process flow diagrams that illustrate the process’ activities and their interrelationships, identifying involved roles and responsibilities of all parties involved. Provide advise by Identifying bottlenecks and by defining options and tools to improve the processes.
 Support Process Owners in identifying KPIs relevant to monitor their process performance and advise on the tracking and recording methods.
 Supporting the development and maintenance of Management System documentation, within the framework of relevant Company policies, and in compliance with the before mentioned standards.
 Support in performing Management System Induction for new management and supervisory personnel.
 Support the coordination in maintaining the Company’s ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 certification with relevant Line Management subject to the certification audits, including audit preparation, coordination and follow-up of findings.
 Supporting internal promotion and roll-out activities aimed at improving the awareness of the CMS and the Business Processes Model, and maintain the CMS Intranet site in liaison with the respective Process Owners and Line Management
 In general, supporting process improvement initiatives through advice and training
 Coach junior national staff and transfer the knowledge related to the specific role in accordance with National Staff Development Plans.

Qualifications & Experience:
The job holder must have :
 A University Master Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or Health and Safety Management, preferably with a membership of a recognized professional body.
 At least 2 years of professional work experience in the oil and gas or other process industry.
 Relevant experience in integrated Management Systems (Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental management) in its maintenance, development, evaluation and/or improvement.
 Knowledge of and experience in techniques for process modeling and improvement, and of mathematics and statistic tools to improve and optimize process performance
 Knowledge of management principles and standards.

Required Competencies:
The job holder must have proven:
 Integrity, good diplomatic, supervisory, written and presentation skills.
 Ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a multicultural team environment.
 PC-based experience essential.
 Competence in the preparation of documentation to a high standard.
 Knowledge of RoK QHSE legislation and international oil industry related standards would be beneficial.
 Good Standard of English language written and spoken.
