Manager of Equipment Operational Reliability

- Higher Technical degree
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in Oil & Gas sector
- Good level of English is a must

Responsibilities:

Development of programs for training and extension courses for Company's employees responsible for equipment reliability and operational readiness of assets together with HR Department.
Development of specifications for designing new equipment and maintenance of the existing equipment of the assets, taking into account features of engineering processes, chemical composition of fluids and environmental conditions of the fields.
Provision of Company's assets with operational and technical support, advise on selection of materials, ready-made equipment, inspection and maintenance.
Creation, introduction and implementation of the reliability management system in cooperation with engineering, production and process departments.
Implementation of systems and tools in the Company's assets which are able to increase their operational readiness.
Initiation of studies for analysis of main fault causes, preparation of recommendations for their elimination or minimization with the purpose to decrease production expenses and enhance equipment reliability.
Performance of qualitative and quantitative analysis of equipment reliability and giving recommendations on re-equipment and reconstruction of the existing facilities.
Initiation and participation in HAZAN/HAZID/HAZOP/Design Reviews as an expert in operational reliability.
