Manager of Mechanics, Power & Metrology

Duties:

Development of engineering solutions as for quantity, size, and composition of surface facilities for oil and gas treatment and transportation.
Operating and technical support of Company's assets, maintaining control over construction progress, advising on the choice of equipment and technical service.
Assisting Company's assets in all processes related to engineering, construction, planning and solving of arisen problems.
Making efforts together with other divisions to optimize oil and gas production.
Development of design solutions for surface facilities designed for production and injection of liquid and gas into formation, and also optimizing the operations to enhance reliability and cut costs.
Advising on technical upgrading and reconstruction of existing facilities.
Making engineering decisions to improve performance of equipment and facilities, as well as to enhance reliability and cut costs.
Participating in the expert review to evaluate capacity of surface facilities.
Development of programs together with assets' experts aimed at increasing MTBF of equipment, analyzing reasons of equipment failures and endeavoring to cut its repair and maintenance costs.
Putting more emphasis on surface equipment and facilities related to treatment and transportation of natural and associated gas.
Expertise on international principles and stages of developing design and estimates documentation, as well as regulatory and legal framework for construction of oil and gas facilities.
Introducing breakthrough technologies and advanced equipment aggressively, studying specialized industry publications, participating in engineering workshops and exhibitions, and extension courses.
Creating a network group within Company's corporate project on "Knowledge and experience exchange" with regard to gas treatment and transportation, and maintaining its operation. Acting as Group coordinator.
