WE ARE LOOKING FOR CONSULTANS WHO CAN MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
COMPETENCE: Bachelor's degree/master's degree Relevant experience from Oil and Gas sector can compensate for a lack of formal education Minimum five years of experience working with offshore projects Good knowledge of regulations and standards in the professional area
COMPUTER PROFICIENCY: SAP Maintenance Microsoft Office programs LANGUAGE: English
Engineering and Technology -- Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
Mechanical -- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Design -- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
INTERACTION WITH: All disciplines within the Technical Support Organization Maintenance Department onshore/offshore Production Department onshore/offshore Marine Department onshore/offshore Modification Department Procurement/logistic Department
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports. Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information. Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications. Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications. Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
