Preferably Russian national with international experience, will start in Moscow for 1 to 2 month initial period, has then to live and work in Astrakhan' Region. Must have a proven record of underbalance drilling and completion of production wells in unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs (with proven experience of installing expandable sandscreens e.g of Weatherford or Baker type or similar). Must also have drilled and completed production wells in fractured carbonates, in both cases must also have experience of both vertical and horizontal/deviated drilling techniques.
