Our client is a reputable KZ-EU joint venture Exploration & Production company based in Western Kazakhstan who is currently seeking an experienced and qualified HR Manager.
My client is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a growing company that I am currently recruiting for.
Ideally we would like to find a Strategic HR Manager who can step in and help to organise the HR department as well as the company policies in regards to HR related issues.
Together with line managers develop HR strategies and sort out the long-term staff planning issues.
At the moment, the HR department needs some experience, some guidance and relevant knowledge to improve HR policies and help the organisation cope with extensive growth.
On top of the above mentioned duties you will be responsible for Payroll, Coms&Bens, recruitment and other relevant responsibilities dealing with both expat and local staff.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience expected:
10+ years of experience in various areas of human resources, with at least 3-4 years as HR Manager across large and complex organisations.
Communicate effectively across all levels, engaging and inspiring at senior levels internally and externally.
Experience of HR practices through applied professional qualifications, e.g. Degree, CIPD
Experience of managing professional HR teams, driving performance through people.
Broad understanding of the ‘people’ issues impacting the Oil & Gas sector.
Good understanding of the client’s business and the commercial environment.
Strong cultural awareness specifically within Kazakhstan region.
Strong Russian and English language knowledge.
Work schedule:
Preferably on residential basis out of Western Kazakhstan OR 6on / 2 off or 5 on / 2 off rotation.
Additional holiday days are provided by the company.
Flights to and from the mobilisation point are paid for (if on rotation).
