Position
Network Planner

Function
• Assist in the development of detailed master plan of geographical area based on terms of reference.
• Manage projects up to Building Permit involving EU engineering partner and local key engineering and licensing partners, support engineering during construction phase;
• Run discounted cash flow evaluation for business case proposals Complete Volume forecasting for investments and network reviews.
• Research on demographics.
• Develop and maintain external relationships to keep informed on infrastructural changes and development within geographical areas.
• Analyse data of existing network in order to propose optimisation actions.
• Conduct initial project feasibility analysis for all projects in the detailed master plan.
• Assist implementers at later stage when the project execution commences.
• Manage existing projects in co-operation with RE/Engineering.
• Maintain global reporting to NP community, including NPS system, capex monitoring.
• Follow-up retail sites performance for benchmarking.
• Manage project budgets.
• Periodically do the Post Investment review (PIR).

Requirements
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Russian mother tongue and fluent English language skills (speaking and writing) are essential in this position.
• Preferably Retail experience and a good overall understanding of the Retail business.
• However, an outstanding candidate without Retail experience could be selected if they can demonstrate excellent project management, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to quickly get to know different environments and rules that apply in the different study areas.
• LAT (Leadership, Accountability, Teamwork) behaviours.
