Big oil& gas company is looking for OBT Manager
Responsibilities
To ensure regular reporting to the OBT manager,
To issue weekly report of activity,
Insures that the equipment /material proposed by Consortium is in the vendor list or manages in collaboration with the corresponding specialists the technical prequalification of material/material (outside already defined packages) and issue suitable documentation to validate the bid list.
Involve in the pre-qualification of yards (Russian ones) and issue recommendations,
Participate with the Contractor of the clarifications with equipment of Russian Vendors/Subcontractors
To ensure that the MTO/BOQ are reviewed and validated by Third Party
Experience required
Multidiscipline or specialized graduate Engineer with a minimum 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry including petroleum engineering,
Experience of detailed preparation of contracts for large Contracts, with specific experience and knowledge of the preparation of CCFT,
Communication skills for handling technico and contractual relations, Good communication and able to work in a multicultural environment
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
