Large international oil and gas company is looking for Offshore Construction Coordinator

Requirements:
Good English language abilities, both spoken and written
Knowledge of permitting system, familiarity with local and federal Russian government authorities
Experience in chartering of tanker vessels, contracts, etc.
Familiarity with marine and port works in general
Professional management experience, familiar with team coordination and schedules

Responsibilities:
Member of Offshore team is responsible for management of test water during offshore works.
Assistance in developing options and detailed plans for test water supply and disposal.
Assistance and management of securing permits required for drawing of water from and possible disposal of water in the sea.
Management of arrangements, negotiation and chartering of barges or tanker vessels to be used for test water management in coordination with the project schedule.
Other duties may involve assisting with receiving and transport of materials delivered and involvement in any other marine or transport related work undertaken by the team.
