MINIMUM PRE-SELECTION REQUIRMENTS ARE SHOWN BELOW:
The job holder must have:
* Engineering degree or similar
* Minimum 15 years of Oil and Gas industry
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Track record as a senior position within Operations organization during start up
of similar sour Hydrocarbons treatment Plants

The job holder is responsible for:
•Preparing in conjunction with Start-Up Manager and Commissioning Manager the start up sequence for (specify systems and equipment types)
•Carry out the process verification to support the start up procedures
•Assist in manning, in conjunction with the Start-Up Manager, a competent Integrated Commissioning and Start up team
•Assist in preparation of the acceptance requirements of facilities hand over both for interim and final Operations
•Establish in conjunction with the Commissioning Manager and Start-Up Manager Vendors support requirements during initial operations
•Prepare the individual units start up procedures
•Assist in preparing preservation plans and procedures
•Assist in developing OJT Strategy & Plan within ICT for gradual exposure of Kazakh staff
•Assist in defining the safety requirements of facilities start up
•Assist in validating emission forecast of start up phase
