Контактное лицо: Альбина Телефон: +7-910-414-78-87 E-mail: resume@neftegaskadry.ru Дополнительная информация: The Area Project Development Manager’s function is to assure best operational performance and preparation and control of major multitask projects in the Area. ::: THE ROLE ::: is to prepare project solutions, to monitor and control contractual and operational issues. Hence, the major purpose of the position is to ensure profitability of projects, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The job consists of 3 components: Operational escalation and coordination, Product Development and Project portfolio development. ::: TASKS ::: ∙ Development of the Project concept in the Black and Caspean Sea area (focus on Russia), routing analysis and cost comparison; ∙ Responsible for preparation and start-up execution of key projects, preparation of routing plans, handling instructions and procedures, risk analysis, logistic execution plans, method statements, interaction plans and reporting structures; ∙ Coordinates local crossfunctional issues/conflicts related to operation, between the BU; ∙ Tender Management support; ∙ Monitor the company’s competitive position with costs and prices from subcontractors in the market place; ∙ Act as operational escalation point for key projects and key clients; ∙ Serve the “link” between OPS of different company houses, projects, agents and subcontractors for the execution of Projects especial in non core countries like Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan; ∙ Responsible for the preparation and implementation of innovative project concepts for turn key projects; ∙ Contract Design and Preparation; ∙ Strategic project selection and support (presentation and project consultancy including but not limited to – cargo transportation concepts, customs clearance set-up, project team structure, contract structuring); ∙ Selection and support of strategic partners (EPC contractor contacts, key players support like Fluor, Technip, Tecnimont, Chevron, Exxon, Shell, Stockman, KPO, Mining companies, power plant construction companies etc.); ∙ Participation in Sales and Marketing activities related to Projects in the Area; ∙ Tasks as assigned by management; ∙ Development of know-how in the project departments for special tasks and services that will be used by other BU and development & training of project staff.
