Responsibility • Has extensive and broad knowledge in a field of specialization and may have knowledge of other fields; • Organization of sales of OWC to the target regions of Russia. • Negotiations with main Oil and Gas companies and service companies. • Active sales to identified Key Accounts. • Price and market monitoring, exploration of new markets. • Deep customer needs understanding, streamlined communication and alignment with marketing and production. • Development of OWC sales organization towards stretched strategic objectives. • Volume and price forecasting. Demand planning. • Active collaboration with marketing and production on OWC products development.
Experience • Higher education. Degree in chemistry or technical areas is a plus. • Knowledge of oil and gas industry, specifics of well servicing operations. • English: upper-intermediate or advance level. French is a plus. • 3+ years in relevant OW service companies or O&G companies. Wide range of network in O&G sector in sales/purchasing, experience in international company is a plus. • MS office: experienced user. • Strong communications and negotiations skills, goal-orientation, stress-resistance, positive thinking, team player. • Ability to travel frequently • Driver’s license.
