The Mechanical Piping Supervisor report to the Piing Superintendant. He is responsible to follow up one or a group of activities within the tank and ensure that safety, quality and schedule requirements are met.
Duties includes:
• Participate and provide input for the development of detailed methods of construction of the activities he will be responsible for.
• Direct contact point with the Subcontractor foremen’s and supervisors for the management of the daily work.
• Actively participate and elaborate daily tool box meeting.
• Responsible for the safe execution of the task under his supervision.
• Supervise Subcontractor’s workforce for the respect of Erection Methods
• Liaise with QA/QC departments to ensure all QC works are performed as and when required.
• Report progress of the task he is responsible at the shift end.

Mechanical Piping Supervisor requirements:
- Mandatory:
• Being experience in Piping Installation onto plants
• Being Experience in Supervision.
- Facultative:
• Knowledge in Computer
• Knowledge in English
• VIC certificates for Mechanical works
• Knowledge of piping system completion works.
• Other experience in tanks/Welding/Lifting.
