We are the partner of major players in the oil and gas industry and energy sector. Anotech ENERGY is a subsidiary that belongs to Alten S.A which is a French Engineering consulting group that counts over 15 000 employees in 18 countries.
This position is based in the Russia. The Package Manager will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• Has the overall responsibility for the completion (quality, schedule, and cost) of the packages assigned (gas processing facility; gas treatment unit)
• Prepare package documents and review inputs from the Project Engineer, Project Manager and Quality Manager. This includes assembling applicable project specifications, data sheets, drawings (from the drafting department), Inspection and Testing documents, etc. into the Package document.
• Review project schedules to prioritize the workload of multiple packages
• Monitor detail design and engineering for own package(s);
• Follow-up on Packages as they go through the fabrication and inspection stages to ensure that the Package meets specifications and is shipped on schedule.
• Communicate with the various parties (Vice-president, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Supplier, Contractors, etc.) on all Package technical/operational issues.
• Prepare operational/technical memos for partners and VPs to address any Package issues/delays.
• Provide regular updates to the Vice President regarding Package status.
• Ensure project safety and quality performance;
• Identify and timely communicate changes and deviations from the original bid with the Project Manager and recommend course of action for own package(s);
• Prepare monthly progress reports for the Vice President
Context and environment:
• Resident in Tyumen
Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 15 years experience in the energy industry.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
