Position
Permitting Engineer

Function
• Ensure that all drilling contractors provide necessary documentation in compliance with Russia rules and regulations;
• Ensure that Company’s Documentation and procedures related to drilling are in line with Russian normative system;
• Organize and participate in preparation of inspections and audits by Russian regulatory authorities;
• Coordination with HSE Department on all related permitting issues for drilling activities;
• Coordination and maintaining good contacts with local authorities;
• Providing industrial safety certification for personnel;
• Providing drilling project dossiers I order to pass state expert examination;
• Preparation and negotiation of contracts and work-orders for permitting activities;
• Keeping contact with contractors on technical and contract issues;
• Support various activities of permitting department;

Requirements
• University degree (engineering);
• Work experience in petroleum industry;
• Knowledge of Russian system in petroleum industry;
• English – intermediate.
