Requirements:
• Higher education (Engineer specialization)
• 10 years of experience in oil & gas sphere
• Knowledge of Russian legislation, Approvals and LNG objects
• English Upper-Intermediate level

Responsibilities:
• Assisting Risk & Interface Manager during the preparation and evaluation process for the different Technical offers
• Building, maintaining and leading professional approvals activity of Onshore Project (LNG)
• Obtaining the required Russian Government approvals and dealing with federal and regional Russian authorities
• Ensuring compliance with the Russian Federation legislation & Company Rules during construction of onshore objects
• Ensuring work activity planning to allow timely obtaining of the required Russian Approvals, Permits, Licenses, and certificates
• Organizing and ensuring reporting and data systems according to the Russian Legislation and Company Rules
• Participating in the day-to-day work of the QA/QC team
• Advising the Onshore Project team on Legislative requirements
• Motivating and training the Onshore Project team in their activities in full alignment with required approval steps
• Dealing with personnel and contractors, obtaining required information concerning permitting activity.
