Requirements:

Specialized higher education;
10 years experience in civil and pipeline engineering and construction for the oil industry;
5 years in a lead Civil/Pipeline engineering position;
Fluent in English (speaking and writing).

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise Civil and Pipeline works;
Check that Construction is performed in conjunction with the design intent and the Statement of Requirements;
Ensure coordination of Civil and Pipeline activities with other Specialists within the project team;
Ensure global consistency of the design;
Control and comment the documents issued by contractor(s) and check that they are as per Company specifications and rules and Russian standards and practices;
Preparation, review and answer of the Technical Queries Requests for the disciplines of pipeline and civil;
Call for and participate to necessary technical and/or co-ordination meetings as required to achieve the performance of the work;
Update and reissue technical design documentation prior to construction activities should corrections to the design be required;
Follow-up Contractor(s) activities;
Follow up and verify all documentations proposed by the Contractor are in lien with project expectations and requirements;
Ensure that all activities supervised are performed with the proper degree of safety and environment protection;
Daily report and assist site management in the issuance of the weekly, monthly, final report.
