Functions:
Plan, manage and control and deliver the overall pipeline, skin system, fibre-optic design and installation engineering developments.
- Review & Approve the detailed engineering documentation from Contractor.
- Review & Approve the construction engineering documentation from Contractor.
- Manage external parties that include design institutes, contractors and vendors to ensure that the project development associated with pipeline design and construction engineering activities are carried out within the project schedule and budget. Establish, review and approve quality assurance and control procedure.
- Liaise closely with other discipline engineers, to ensure complete and timely hand-over of project pipeline scope to construction. Requirements:
-Education/ Work experience Pipeline Engineer I category: high professional education (technical) with work experience not less than 5-8 years as Pipeline Engineer.
- To know Oil and Gas pipeline operations, power cable & fibre-optic cable operations, operation of pressure control equipment, Instrumentation, Isolation instrument equipment
- Experimented user for AUTOCAD and good knowledge of 3D model software (CADWORKS or NAVISWORKS)
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment. Conditions:
