This position is based in Russia. The Piping Commissioning Superintendent will be involved in a major Oil & Gas EPC’s project.
Activities:
• Plan, manage, control and deliver the overall civil works, piping, structures, and installations developments;
• Define, mobilize and manage an organization will cover related commissioning activities on site;
• Ensure that all members of the team are aware that in addition to quality and good engineering practice, planning, meeting deadlines and cost must be a permanent concern ;
• Oversee all responsible teams activities to ensure that all technical, contractual and cost information are properly recorded, collated and available for inspection/reference as required by law, regulations and company policies;
• Follow up and verify documentation produced by contractors;
• Manage external parties that include design institutes, contractors and vendors to ensure that the project development associated with CPF up-grade and remote well pads integration activities are carried out in the safe manner within the project schedule and budget;
• Liaise closely and ensure coordination with other work packages Superintendents, to ensure complete and timely hand-over of CPF and remote pads construction scopes to commissioning;
• Provide support/participate to pre-commissioning & commissioning activities related to structure/piping part.
Context and environment:
• Rotation, 4x4
Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 10 years experience in the energy industry.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
