Position
Planner

Function

• Maintain and update several schedules for Projects in different phases
• Proposal Preparation:
- review scope;
- develop project WBS (Work Breakdown Structure);
- develop & verify project schedule;
- follow-up & updating of old proposals to current scope/schedule/estimate;
- participate in review/validate of client requisition.
• Project Approval:
- prepare detailed & cost loaded CPM (Critical Path Method) schedule;
- verify/integrate equipment schedule;
- participate in the execution plan development.
• Project Execution:
- update/track schedule for all design, construction, acceptance & project close out activities;
- participate in progress meetings & track action items;
- collect, analyze & update designers/fabricators/contractor’s schedules;
- responsible for earned value & variance analysis reporting;
- provide inputs for monthly project reports, portfolio & various exception reports;
- responsible for preparation/documentation of as built schedules after the final acceptance;
- develop recovery schedules;
- prepare and update Critical Path Analysis
- prepare PERT analysis of the schedule
- responsible for earned value & variance analysis reporting
- assign appropriate man-hour resource requirements to plan activities in accordance with project cost estimates and budgets
- monitor and control planning activities through all phases of project lifecycle
- assess and communicate schedule impact of change notifications
- assign appropriate durations and develop and apply logic sequencing to project plan activities
- liaise with engineering, procurement and construction functions, and others as required, to maintain awareness of project activities and their impact on the project schedule and manpower requirements

Requirements
• Strong communication skills in Russian and English
• MS Project 2010 (2007) advanced user
• MS Excel advanced user
• Grant-Smeta knowledge is an advantage
• Fast learner
• Willing to travel at least 20 % of your time
• Results driven team player able to communicate accurately
• Strong problem solver and the ability to work, analyse and solve problems independently
• The ability to learn quick and apply new concepts, skills and knowledge to assign tasks
