Western Engineering Company is looking for the Planner / Scheduler for its new Downstream project. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the all Planning function on a project. Provides multiple aspects of controls including planning/scheduling, manpower forecast, estimating, and schedule risk analysis and if applicable, quantity surveying to the project team. Develops strategy for forecasting, tracking, and reporting project planning/scheduling. Responsible for implementation of project control best practices and development of direct reports. Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree and 10+ years of experience.
- Development of network schedules for projects Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) from appraise through execute stages and detail Engineering schedule. Project schedule analysis and identification of critical path.
- Development of CTR (Cost and Time Resource) schedules for project engineering Define Phase and Execute.
- CTR schedule resource loading, manpower histogram analysis and resource leveling.
- Project man hour budget monitoring and analysis. Productivity analysis and forecast at completion.
- Development of project progress measurement system, regular progress monitoring and productivity (man hour earned v. man hour expended) analysis.
- Project progress monthly reporting, schedules and progress curves / manpower histogram updates.
- Develop of engineering document deliverables listing
Computer Skills
- Primavera P3 - knowledge of P6 will be useful
- Microsoft Project

- MS Office - Excel, Words, Power Point
Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree and 10+ years of experience.
Good English; written and spoken.
Worked with and in International companies.
Work in Moscow location with possible business travels
