Functions: * Lead the checking, monitoring and reporting of Contractors Scheduling and Planning activities, aiming at completion of the work scope within the assigned duration.
* Review and analyze Contractors scheduling and planning documents (procedure, etc) and provide practical assistance on planning methodology, techniques and best practice to Contractors counterparts on site.
* Identify potential delays and inform Site Construction Manager and Project Planning Engineer.
* Provide analysis and rescheduling with implementation of any corrective actions as required and assist Contractors construction & planning representatives in this task (definition of priorities, sequences etc).
* Prepare of ad hoc Project Planning documents.
* Monitor the progress and control of Construction activities in liaison with Company Supervisors/Superintendents. Follow-up of quantities to be done/performed in any discipline, analysis of trends and productivity rates, preparation of manpower histograms.
* Organize and manage the site weekly reporting of Company including progress tables and/or curves.
* Provide adequate detailed feedback to Project Planning Engineer for Project reporting and planning.
