We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator for the project in Madrid, Spain that consists in preparing all the ITB documentation
The following process units are under commitment:

Hydrocracking VGO Unit.
Amine Regeneration Unit.
Sour Water Stripper Unit.
Sulfur Recovery Unit.
Hydrogen Unit.
Catalytic Dewaxing Unit.
Hydrofinishing Unit.

JOB DESCRIPTION.
- Positions:
- Project Manager.
- Project Engineer.
- Lead Process Engineer
- Lead Rotating Engineer.
- Lead Mechanical Engineer (Heat Transfer, Combustion, Vessel)
- Lead Structural and Civil Engineer.
- Lead Designing Piping and Material Engineer.
- Lead Electrical Engineer.
- Lead Instrumentation and Control Engineer.
- Procurement Lead/Coordinator.
- Lead Planning and Control Engineer.
Requirements:
- These are office based positions and design and engineering experience is a must.
- Russian nationality with broad work experience in Russian Oil and Gas Companies;
- Minimum 6 years experience in the role in Oil & Gas EPC projects in design roles;
- Must be Fluent in English and Russian;
- University Degree or Diploma Legalized & Translated

Start of Working Period: June 2012

General conditions
Location Madrid.
1 year contract.
5 days/ week, 8hours/ day.
Gross annual salary. Negotiable, depending on experience. 15 payments. Around 24% of income taxes plus Social Security System tax around 6%. There is an agreement between Spain and Russia government to record the time spent working in Spain when they come back to Russia.
Accommodation provided.
Flights of mobilization and demobilization provided.
Life Insurance & Private medical insurance with SANITAS provided.
