Иностранная компания ищет специалиста на позицию Process Engineer. Компания занимается предоставлением услуг по снабжению/закупкам и инженерно-техническим услугам.
Работа в Южно-Сахалинске, постоянная, контракт бессрочный, мобилизация на Сахалин оплачивается и сотруднику и членам семьи, компанией снимается жилье для иногороднего персонала, соц.пакет согласно Российскому законодательству, рабочий график работы 5 дней/в неделю/40 часовая неделя.
Basic Functions
Carry out process simulations and optimisation studies for projects; prepare PFD, P&ID, H&M balances and equipment sizing. Preparation of engineering calculations.
Provide process engineering support for ad hoc studies as requested.
Establish the actual ( as opposed to design capacities and capabilities of existing field facilities in order to identify potential bottlenecks and scope of optimisation Relevant appreciation of all other disciplines areas work and interface requirements to process engineering.
Participation in risk assessment activities such as HAZOP and CHAZOP.
Principal Responsibilities
Provide detailed engineering input during all design phases, including interpretation and challenge of standards.
Actively communicate with other disciplines to optimise areas of interface, during the design development, review and check processes.
Support design/drawing office personnel with specialist engineering input.
Prepare requisitions and technical evaluation of bids for discipline material and equipment procurement. Ensure equipment vendors provide timely and quality input into design packages. Review all third party discipline design work.
Ensure design packages meet the relevant safety, environmental and ergonomic standards.
Understand the CONTRACT quality management system and ensure these requirements are met.
Participate in and sometimes lead, discipline design reviews.

- Safety by Design
- Conversant with engineering software such as Hysys, Flarenet, HTFS or similar
- Team worker Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; with the ability to work in teams in a multicultural environment
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Experience in oil and gas engineering required preferably brownfield conceptual, front end and detailed design experience required
- Field experience in construction and commissioning strongly preferred.
- Experience in an engineering design company/ Russian Design Institute desirable
- Russian/CIS experience a bonus as would experience in on shore projects in cold/ remote regions
