The Company:Our client (EPC projects) is looking for Process Engineer: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE ELIGIBILITY TO WORK in RF and FLUENT RUSSIAN. Elaborate, define, size and validate - within a process team - the various items, units and technical deliverables to be implemented in the Project. Work under the supervision of the Process LeadThe Role:▪ Develop Heat and Material Balances using simulation software ▪ Develop Process Flow diagrams to show unit operations necessary to convert feedstocks into on-specification products, in the most economical manner ▪ Define and size Equipment and Instrumentation to be implemented and issue relevant Process Data sheets ▪ Elaborate Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P and IDs) ▪ Perform hydraulic and thermal calculations on piping systems, in steady state and transient operation ▪ Define the utilities requirements and design the associated systems ▪ Define quantities and characteristics of effluents to be disposed to the environment ▪ Ensure the preparation of Operating Manual and Test Run procedures ▪ Implement contractual design philosophy ▪ Check technical quality of calculations, sw simulations and deliverables produced by junior engineers ▪ Take part of the multidisciplinary project reviews such as P and IDs, HAZOP, 3D ModelEssential Skills / Qualifications:Knowledge of Discipline engineering design criterias, methods and workflows from conceptual phase up to site engineering phase. Capability to define the technical documents set based on Project quantities and scope of work. Capability to perform and coordinate Project engineering documents production activities and to check and review design documents, prepared either internally or by Vendors Basic knowledge of piping, electrical, mechanical, machinery, instrumentation engineering disciplines Knowledge of main international Discipline standards, codes and regulations. Capability to analise dedicated Project requirements in terms of local standards and codes and to identify proper implementation actionsDesirable Skills / Qualifications:Fluent Russian, English (Fluent - disirable, intermediate is possible). Office location: Universitet metro station (corporate transport form Kievskaya metro station).
