Requirements: * Higher education in Petroleum Engineering
* Experience in contracts in an affiliate or in projects
* Upper-intermediate English
* Good office software skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
* To handle follow-up of orders, reporting to his hierarchical superiors on the activities of the various contractors and ensuring that contractors are respecting the terms of the contract
* To be the interface between the Project Leaders or Contract Engineers, Contract and Procurement Division, attending coordination meetings in this capacity
* To identify and group together isolated orders as necessary
* To implement the policy of ordering goods and services as defined by the subsidiary and the Project
* To lead CFTs (calls for tenders) with the relevant technical staff and the Contract Engineers
* To ensure that orders fully respect the general conditions, guaranteeing the quality of the contractual documentation
* To verify the amounts of purchase orders and their correspondence to the initial budget
* To ensure that expenses are in line with the approved budget
* To be the main interlocutor with providers of services in the event of disputes, seeking to find the best solutions while respecting the rules
* To assist the applicant in handling any non-conformities in the execution of orders
* To answer various requests for information and/or reports (hierarchical superiors, technicians, cost control, audits, etc.)
* To maintain up-to-date files of orders to satisfy QA/QC requirements
* To provide feedback to the technical and contract managers regarding main orders
* To liaise with technical Project team to ensure all technical solutions to issues are provided and documentation properly reviewed
* To manage the development of databases, tools and ratios
* To participate in preparing and updating the procedures related to Contract & Procurement
* To take part in the preparation and subsequent revision of the project budget in coordination with his hierarchical superiors
* To ensure that the order/contract is launched before the beginning of the service
* To submit a weekly report to his hierarchical superiors
* To carry out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by his hierarchical superiors
