Procurement Manager (Leading Oil and Gas company, RF citizenship is required) Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Logistics
- Russian import and export customs processing
- management of several warehouse locations
- management of overall Inventory
- Materials Management transactions
- Planning and management of departmental annual budget
- Contractor’s performance supervision
Requirements:
7 years of related work experience
Computer: MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, SAP, E-pproval.
- Knowledge of requirements, procedures and regulatory documents concerning storage operations and warehouse’s organizational management
- knowledge of the capital construction projects
- documentation of business transactions for commodity and material’s movement
- Experience in oil and gas segment
- Fluency in English and Russian
