Company “Iota Vostok”, a part of Iota Group (recruitment, technical assistance, contract administration, trainings) is looking for Procurement Specialist. Обязанности:
· To analyze the procurement demands expressed by internal customers
· To participate to the finalizing of the statement of requirements
· To propose the list of suppliers
· Analyze the proposals, participate to the clarifications and to the negotiations, establish the choice recommendation
· To follow and know the markets, participate to the follow-up, and the evaluation of the suppliers and contractors
· To follow the PO till the delivery on site (good receipt issued) in order to be able to trace it at anytime for informing the internal customer
· To prepare weekly report on the procurement activity
· To issue the contractual documents according to the Group’s General Conditions of procurement, by ensuring the conformity with the regulations which may be applied
Требования:
- Minimum 5-year Buyer/Expeditor or similar experience in Oil & Gas industry and Construction (upstream / Pipeline
- Fluent in English and Russian (speaking and writing)
- Good knowledge of French will be of advantage
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a multicultural environment
