Job Profile:
• Coordinates the products industrialization with Operations division:
Performs capacity planning, assesses actual and potential plant loading together with Sourcing team Manages product compliance (products specs, quality assurance, HACCP, GMP, …) in cooperation with Supply Chain, HSE & Sourcing teams Prioritizes the products implementation and defines with Supply Chain Managers the delivery channels performance objectives Definition on product strategy & possible new production capacities by integrating market needs with sourcing structure, (analyzing national and GAM business requirements) Coordinates investment needs for the product implementation and transfers to the relevant stakeholder Coordinates through consistent planning all the work streams and checks compliance with growth objectives Product manager is in charge of the country PRODUCT CATALOG (and implementations of the European Product Catalogue)
• Coordination of European offers implementation into local market:
Defines products portfolio from European offers deployment kit and entity specific offers Prepares related business case and implementation From Entity marketing plan objectives, controls pricing policy compliance with group standards Defines objectives in terms of volumes, services and sales, consistent with Market plans Prioritizes the zone for implementation (Sales rep area), and defines with Regional Sales Managers the customer targets
• KPI performance and improvement of product profitability:
Measures marketing programs and products plans results Follows-up Dashboards, KPIs Follows evolution of prices Uses controlling tools, understands costs evolution & drivers assessed by Controlling & Supply Chain
• Assesses market needs and performs local competitive Analysis:
Evaluates product demand from market analysis survey and trend per zone and customer segment Understands competitor offers, analyses sources and costs structure, reports to European Product Manager Understands market trends, customer process and technical innovation Visits potential and existing customer to evaluate the needs Helps European Products Manager to develop new ideas based on industry experience and contact with potential and existing customers
• Supervises the team and develop competencies:
Foresees resource requirements and allocation; coordinates hiring with HR Manager Coaches and motivates staff in order to increase productivity and responsibility Sets individual objectives in Products development, consistent with Sales & Marketing plan Coordinates training actions related to Products, regarding individual profiles and required know-how with EC&K
• Defines promotion and communication plan
Defines the communication plan according to sales objectives and market offers planning Prepares promotional materials of the ECO/ELO deployment kit Manages the approval process new specific promotional material Creates sales presentations and demos
Requirements:
• Job-Specific:
Knowledge of industrial processes and gas application within the market are essential Capability to elaborate a detailed business case Should have basic skills in B2B Marketing Broad knowledge of market customer base
• Management and behavior skills:
Supports coordination and collaborative efforts within team and other teams Getting a long-term and strategic perspective Advanced communication skills and ability to cope with dynamic environment Ability to balance short-term customer needs with company’s long-term interests Ability to motivate and inspire individuals
• Education:
Either a marketing/sales education with quick grasp of technical disciplines or a technical/scientific background, but with strong sense of marketing and business
