HSE related items :
- Ensure that TEPR HSE policy, frame of reference are adhered to;
- Contribute to maintain integrity of plant and competency of personnel to operate safely;
- Participate to / lead risk assessments required;
- Contribute to project reviews, HAZOP, OPERSAFE (OPERSAFE Site leader) and audits;
- Act as a Stretcher Team Leader in case of emergency. Reporting, planning and follow-up :
- Contribute to operational feedback on oil, gas and water systems to Moscow Office;
- Take part in elaborating the production & injection program;
- Define in collaboration with Well Services the oil and injection well operations;
- Daily reporting on production issues (production/injection shortfalls identification and calculations, program, process parameters, wells parameters);
- Perform well test processing on CPF, and on NP-1 (using MPFM) with the following result analysis;
- Ensure the implementation on site of tools required for the production follow-up (DTS data download/analysis);
- Propose and follow-up indicators for oil production and wells and for injection and gas / water wells;
- Keep up to date/Develop technical databases (Field Access database, Sonolog database, BSW database, etc)
- Report the production figures to FORS on weekly/monthly basis.
Production tools and methods :
- Define the tools required to optimize the operations of wells and facilities;
- Prepare, assist and review procedures in his domain of competences;
- Contribute to the well performance group (WPG) by being the Site focal point;
- Define tools and method to carry out a follow-up of special equipment dedicated to production (ESP…);
- Contribute to analysis of the production and injection loss and propose corrective actions;
- Contribute to investigation further to an ESD in his area;
- Develop in accordance with guidelines provided by the Production Superintendent, the quality control plan and prepare its implementation;
Production field activities :
- Assist Production personnel in solving operational issues;
- Contribute to resolution of abnormal situations;
- Follow up production and injection well activities, including well testing;
- Ensure of the proper integration of well operations in field activities to minimize impact on production and optimization of well productivity;
- Lead the definition of chemicals injection program, with a view to optimize the quality of the export oil;
- Assist in defining the needs related by daily production activities in terms of analysis or chemicals;
- Participate in / Undertake technical and operational analyses;
- Ensure assistance for implementation of methods for operating the installations and optimizing wells and installations;
- Monitor and Ascertain the quality of the services and studies undertaken by subcontractors (SLB);
- Could be delegated as Area Authority during SimOps on a remote Pad;
- Act as Head of Laboratory, contact a contracted laboratory for the issues related to the routine/non-routine chemical analysis;
- Check/download/analyse the data from DTS computer. Send the data to KGP;
- Scraping operations planning elaboration/result analysis and schedule optimisation (including permit to work preparation).
