Position Description:
Job Title: Project Accounting Supervisor
New Position or Replacement: New
Business Unit/Function: GOSCE Finance
Position Purpose:
High level and detailed ownership of project spending;
Close collaboration with technical team (bridge between technical team and finance);
PO management and budget reporting;
Control procedures on site incl. credit control;
BS reconciliation

Education, Experience,Skills:
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics
• 2 years experience in project accounting
Technical Skills
• Good knowledge of US GAAP
• Good knowledge of local accounting
• PC skills (Excel)
• Fluent English and Russian
