Big Energy Engineering company is looking for Project Administrator in the Offshore Construction/ Ship Repair Industry.
Key Requirements:
* Education.
* At least 5 years working as a Project Administrator in the Offshore Construction/ Ship Repair Industry.
* Appropriate computer skills.
* Good proficiency in English.
* Specific knowledge and skills.
* Systematically and orderly documentation.
Key Job responsibilities:
* Responsible for setting-up the document control organization, issuing a document management plan including specific project procedures, required resources and tools.
* Implement, modify and maintain the system in order to manage all flows of documents either in electronic form or hard copy; processing of all incoming documents and managing distribution to addresses/recipient according to relevant procedures with respect to handling, registration, extraction, numbering, revision control, distribution, archiving.
* Track and expedite documentation & prepare and submit regular reports.
* Ensure convenient and fast access, tracking and search of stored documentation.
* Ensure safe storage of all documents regardless of the type of storage (electronic or hard copy).
* Coordinate with concerned parties i.e. contractors, consultants, discipline managers, etc. on all issues concerning problems in documents submittal.
* Generally assist Company’s staff for Document Control related queries.
