Western Engineering company is looking for a Project Controls Manager for its new Downstream project. Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Controls function on a project or department. Provides leadership for multiple aspects of controls including cost, planning/scheduling, estimating, and, if applicable, quantity surveying personnel assigned to the project team. Develops strategy for personnel development, forecasting, tracking, and reporting project cost as well as estimating, cost control, and planning/scheduling. Responsible for implementation of project control best practices and development of direct reports
- Development of network schedules for projects from appraise through execute stages. Project schedule analysis and identification of critical path
- Development of CTR (Cost and Time Resource) schedules for project engineering appraise and select studies
- CTR schedule resource loading, manpower histogram analysis and resource leveling
- Project cost and man hour budget monitoring and analysis. Cash flow analysis and cost forecast at completion
- Development of project progress measurement system, regular progress monitoring and productivity (man hour earned v. man hour expended) analysis
- Project progress reporting on a regular basis
- Responsible for change management and its impact to schedule and cost reporting
- Development of project WBS in alignment with client requirement
- Responsible for the process and maintenance to the project PAFF system
- Responsible for the reconciliation between Project cost reporting and actual invoices Requirements:
- 10 years of experience
- Fluent English
- Worked in International companies
- Work in Moscow location with possible business travels
