On behalf of our client located in Russian Federation, Astrakhan (100% foreign investments) we are looking for Project Engineer for a New Build Construction for foreign oil manufacturing company, one year term project.

Requirements:
• At least 7 years experience working as a Project Engineer on a New Build Construction / Refurbishment MODU Jack Up Project Team
• Fluent in Russian, very good in English

Remuneration:
• Monthly NET salary 5 - 8000 USD
• Free accommodation and food.

Responsibilities:
• Develop engineering scopes of work
• Coordinate and develop engineering project technical documentation.
• Ensure adequate resourcing for work as per the budget and schedules for the work.
• Monitor engineering progress, address shortfalls, develop recovery plans and ensure plans are implemented.
• Ensure that engineering deliverables generated by engineering team meet contract and project requirements.
• Develop and implement engineering plan, quality and assurance plans.
• Check and validate design man-hours, equipment lists and materials quantification developed by engineering.
• Coordinate requisitioning process, bid evaluations and vendor review processes.
• Implement the Management of Change processes and perform value engineering across proposals, studies and projects.
• Evaluate team performance and communicate with team members on areas of excellence as well as areas of improvement.
