Project Engineer
A leading Engineering foim is looking for a Project Engineerr to guide new large-scale Downstream projects.
He will be located in Moscow.
Requirements:
Education Degree in mechanical or chemical engineering
Special Skills Leadership, teamwork capabilities, problem solving attitude, orientation to results, specific technical knowledge. Knowledge of the Russian norms and regulations. Ready to work in an international environment and to learn international engineering working practices.
Experience About 5 years experience in the project engineering
Duties Participates in the coordination of the engineering activities during the development of the project. He prepares the final P&IDs, line list, equipment list material requisition for packages, etc., interfacing with the project team and the Client.
Ensure adequate flow of design information with the other members of
the Project team.
Control of project execution in compliance with technical assignment.
Preparation, control and optimization of work schedule at all project stages.
Visits to the Client’s construction sites to issue recommendations.
Preparation of project progress reports.
Coordination of project team work
Main interface with local agencies and/or authorities for provision of Russian Certification, obtaining authorizations and permits.
Coordination of Client’s interfaces for the benefit of project.
Implements the Corrective Action
Work with contracts
Interaction with other company offices worldwide involved in projects execution.
Comments Availability for short and medium term assignments worldwide. Good knowledge of English and main IT application
