The leading international Contractor onshore and offshore operations provides high-quality project management, design, maintenance and construction services in oil and gas sector, for its project on Sakhalin Island is looking for a specialist to the position Project Engineer Requirements:
Degree in discipline engineering or equivalent
Specialist project skills
Shutdown / Package management
Communication skills to negotiate and be the primary interface with client
Liaise effectively between functions / disciplines and third parties
Excellent Strategic Planning and Organising, Ability to Manage Change and motivate and develop teams
Excellent business commercial appreciation and judgment
Skilled in conduction formal meetings, summarising and close-out pending issues
PC Literate
Minimum 5 -7 years oil and gas engineering experience, of which 4 years within a design engineering environment
Shall have worked as a single-point responsible project engineer for several small/ medium sized oil/gas projects or managing multiple smaller projects concurrently. Shall have proven capabilities in managing and motivating all disciplines to deliver projects
Ability to demonstrate good safety awareness
Ability to work in teams in a multicultural environment
Upper-intermediate spoken and written English
Basic Functions
Deliver Assigned projects within Budget and schedule
Provide clear direction to project team of expectations and delivery requirements
Principal Responsibilities
Single point responsible for the efficient execution of assigned projects to deliver within schedule, cost, HSE and at an acceptable quality
Develop scope of work handed over by the client for each assigned project to achieve the specified deliverables
Review and Approve cost and schedule estimates for assigned projects
Responsible for all project reporting and client interface management
Maintain and control project changes, utilising the change management protocols
Early highlight and resolution of all project issues associated with assigned projects

Salary up to 180 000 RUR gross
