Multinational production Company – the global leader of building materials market. Project of greenfield building in Russia. Accountabilities
Provide certification support (directly or thru a specialized contractor) related to all technological equipment to be imported for the project;
Organize preparation of Technical passports and other needed documents in close coordination with EP supplier and other suppliers;
Clarify the extents of the certification needed for customs and commissioning purposes and develop the corresponding certification program;
Participate in the pre-qualification and selection of customs broker, transportation companies; in the preparation of Classificatory Decisions and other related documents;
Coordinate deliveries of equipment together with DEC specialists and ensure smooth custom clearance procedures;
Active communication with controlling authorities (RTN, customs etc) and ensure full compliance to the Russian law.
Experience and Qualifications Required
Higher technical/ engineering education;
Fluent English;
Experience in a role of customs/certification/logistics specialist at least of 5 years;
Hands-on knowledge of related legal framework;
Experience in at least 1 full scale project for certification of heavy industrial equipment;
Contacts in Rostekhnadzor, customs authorities is a plus;
Knowledge of MS Office, Lotus notes, Project Scheduling software;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Orientation for the result, high self discipline, networking, time management.
