Project manager, Moscow office. Scope of responsibility: act as a prime contact between Moscow technical team, project team at site and designers. Coordinate all project-related activities including but not limited to budgeting, permitting, licensing, equipment purchase, scheduling, GR activities. Keeps the project schedule up-to-date. Escalade project-related issues upwards for solution. Most of projects are “green field”, majority are in Russia but some are in other CIS countries. Requires travel. (approx.. 25% of time). Will not bear an ultimate authority over the project budget. Successful candidate shall have at least 7 years in project management in mining with hands-on experience of building up a mine in Russia (U/G or O/P – doesn’t matter). Experience with big multinational companies is a plus. Package – 200-250k RUB per month Gross, medical and life insurance, project schedule-based bonus.
