Position: Project Manager
Responsibility
• Manage department of technical control and construction to build office building in Magadan;
• Coordination of contractors activities;
• Interaction with controlling statutory agencies (State Architecture and Construction Board);
• Manage scope, schedule and cost of construction project in accordance with project documentation;
• Manage quality of project in accordance with Russian regulatory acts and standards (GOST, SNiPs, VSN, SP, TU, other legislative documentation, laws and decrees);
• Preparation and submission of daily and weekly status reporting to company management;
• Preparation of construction facility for commissioning.
Experience
• Higher education in Construction (civil engineering);
• Good command of English (intermediate, technical – enough to pass interview);
• Good level of computer literacy: AutoCAD, MS Office (Microsoft Project), Scheduling software («Барс +») or other;
• Project risk management;
• Good knowledge of Russian construction standards (SNiPs etc.);
• Experience in fulfilment of engineering and technical tasks (construction of buildings in permafrost environment);
• Experience with construction tenders and construction budget;
• Experience in managing project teams;
• Experience in managing contractors and engineering organizations.
