Position
Project Manager
Responsibilities
• Full project management responsibility for one or more full scope projects;
• Responsible for projects (definition), execution, schedule and cost, safety meetings, GSS KPI's;
• Leads and manages cross-functional teams to successfully execute projects. Builds project team building;
• Gives information/feedback to other teams, colleagues on learnings, concerns in project execution;
• Closely follows up and participates in project engineering;
• Assumes construction management on site if required;
• Accountable for zero/zero safety (design and construction safety);
• Ensures good customer relations and reports on a regular basis to group coach and project related to business person. Interacts with business and operations where and when required;
• Will be the whole time at the productions sites and works with the people together to identfy improvements projects,takes the lead in organization the projects,talks with suppliers, controls the planning;
• Will be using tools as 6Sigma and Lean for improving the work processes and the installations we are using;
• Can be a future plant manager, production manager for our installations through the country.
Requirements
• At least 5 years experience in technical engineering
• 3 years experience in project engineering
• Good knowledge of English
• PMP Certification is required
