Project Manager - Engineering

•Under broad direction, this position has bottom line responsibility for the financial and technical saccess of a project.
•Has responsibility for all phases of project planning and execution on domestic and international projects.
•Plans, organizes, coordinates, and controls projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
•Has responsibility for day to day contact and communication with the client and focuses on providing client satisfaction.
•Possesses knowledge of the respective industry.
•Supervises personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders. May also serves as the proposal manager of large domestic and international project proposals.
•Job role has budgetary accountabilities.
•Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a minimum of 15 years related experience, with average experience of 20 years.
•For the planned role, the emphasis will be on technical co-ordination, ensuring clarity and consistent understanding on documentation content and documentation requirements with both the Russian and Foreign project teams

Main Requirements:

•Work experience with RDIs directly, supervising where required and checking their results to ensure project compliance.
•Work experience with a Western contractor
•Work experience with Pre-FEED, FEED, TEOC, Project Documentation.
•Knowledge of Russian Codes and Standards in the areas of engineering and design in oil and gas industry is essential and knowledge of International codes and standards is preferable.
•Fluent English
