Responsibilities:
• Bottom line responsibility for the financial and technical success of the project.
• Responsible for all phases of project planning and execution on Well Construction and or Production Enhancement projects.
• Plans, organizes, coordinates and controls domestic and international projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems and requirements approved by the company.
• Responsible for day to day contact and communication with the client.
• Manage execution of operations and project support activities.
• Resolve dispute and problems.
• Possesses a working knowledge of the respective industry.
• Supervises project personnel through subordinate leaders.
• Serves as the proposal manager of small to mid-size domestic and international project proposals. Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in appropriate discipline
• Minimum of 15 years related experience
• Certification as a Licensed Professional is preferred
• Russian speaking with English skills
• Willing to travel
