Multinational oil & gas service Company Accountabilities
• Plans, organizes, coordinates, and controls small Well Construction and or Production Enhancement projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
• Responsible for day to day contact and communication with client counterparts. Possesses a working knowledge of the respective industry.
• Develops cross discipline skills, people development skills, and business management skills as part of developmental process to become responsible for an entire project.
• Supervises project personnel through subordinate leaders.
• Provides input during project acquisition and participates in contract negotiations, and may serve as a proposal manager.
• Requirements
• Degree in appropriate discipline;
• Minimum of 4 years related experience;
• Russian speaking with English an advantage;
• Willing to travel
