Duties:
Ensure that proposals (particularly EPC proposals) for TTC Russia are completed on time, in a professional manner and in accordance with internal procedures and client requirements.
Provide technical support and follow up of proposals.
Build a trusting relationship with the Russian sales force and major clients (Engineering Houses and End-users).
Continuously develop the Proposal process and package to enhance the quality of proposals.
Liaise and foster co-operation with other Proposals groups (France, Germany, UK, IDC and Houston) Requirements:
Number of years of experience in similar role within the industrial environment with a working knowledge of the electrical contracting/ installation market and preferably some knowledge of trace heating.
Engineer or Technician preferably with electrical degree
Fluent in Russian with good English language skills
Experience with EPC Projects
Commercially experienced
Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills and be a proven team player
Be a proficient Microsoft Excel, Access, Word user.
