Our client, one of the leading international oilfield services companies, is looking for Product Service Line (PSL) Service Manager. The person in this role shall have budgetary type of accountabilities and will directly impact revenue center's viability and quality of service via personal contributions. Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in cementing or related field operations
- Ukrainian resident
- Undergraduate degree in production and/or operations management, industrial engineering, or similar disciplines
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent network within oil and gas companies in Ukraine
Task and duties shall include:
• Responsible for profit/loss/ROI and corrective actions.
• Develop business within Natural Work Area (NWA)
• Promotes and encourages safety and service quality.
• Champions the implementation of new technology within Product Service Line (PSL).
• Mentors employees engaged in well site service work.
• Coordinates and assists with the Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) process for Product Service Line (PSL).
• Investigates and performs follow-up activities on unplanned events and/or jobs.
• Investigates accidents, injuries and incidents within assigned Product Service Line (PSL).
• Coordinates the hiring process for assigned Product Service Line (PSL) in concert with Human Resources.
• Conducts workforce planning (people needs, retention, and attrition).
• Interfaces and works effectively with Service Coordinator and Performance Development Coordinator pursuant to employee development and evaluation Issues.
• Complies with labor discipline, labor protection and safety rules, fire-prevention requirements, industrial sanitation and labor hygiene rules, Safety, and Environmental regulations and guidelines.
