Big company is looking for QA/QC Manager
Responsibilities
To carry out the design of electrical engineering components of a project or proposal as assigned.
Design, implement and monitor the QA/QC management system, in coordination with the company policies, procedures, specifications and instructions, and project participants.
Coordinate with company representative(s) on all quality matters.
Ddistribute all relevant QA/QC documentation to project participants and to site,
Verify and ensure quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
Organise and participate in the contractor internal and external audits at participant offices and at site, and coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors.
Log, monitor and control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action, coordinate with the participant QA managers and site construction manager on all quality issues, coordinate and chair all QA/QC meetings.
Qualifications
ISO 9001:2008 training and Auditor Certification.
University Degree/ Diploma. Training in MS Office 2007 or above.
Training in MS Visio and Adobe acrobat would be an asset.
10-15 years experience as a QA/QC professional, in particular construction site QC. Proven expertise in creating, improving and maintaining Project Quality Systems.
Must have strong administrative skills, be well organised and work well under pressure. Attention to detail is a must.
Experience and training in MS Office 2007.
Must have Russian Experience.
Russian language would be advantageous but not essential.
